Essex was flooded today and here's the evidence! My bro just sent me this pic - that's at least a foot and a half of water and he's balancing on the bottom rung of the fences with a boot full of very cold water. Hopefully when he dries out a bit we'll get the full story of exactly how badly the river has burst its banks - that field is usually inhabited by a flock of sheep and a grumpy old horse...Juliet D-H
